How We Work
For us in Intelligems it is very important that the client is satisfied during the entire project development lifecycle. We want the client to have the best experience, as well as the best possible deliverable.
The contact with the client is initiated with a call, to get to know each other, and get some basic information on the project. Then, we schedule the Intelligems Signature Meeting, in order to set the precise project specifications and gather all the necessary information, to proceed with our proposal.
After the proposal acceptance, we will start working on the prototype. The first client feedback is very important, in order to capture missing details.
A project manager is assigned to each individual product, that is in constant communication with the client and schedules regular progress updates, as well as suggestions that would make the end product better.
For each project we offer free bug-fixing for the first 60 days after the delivery of the product. On top of that, we offer maintenance & support services for high availability, infrastructure efficiency, performance monitoring, and code maintenance.
